The Sales Solutions Architect is a quota-influencing,customer-facing, techno-functional role responsible for developing a deepunderstanding of customer context and challenges, designing AI-driven agenticworkflows, and supporting the sales cycle with compelling solution narratives,demos, and value-engineering activities.

You will partner closely with Business Development Managers toqualify opportunities, design workflow solutions, and demonstrate KAYA'scapability-led impact — translating ambiguous business problems into clear,demonstrable, AI-powered outcomes.

This role is critical to driving deal velocity, solution quality,and customer confidence in KAYA's platform, and offers a front-row seat to howleading enterprises are operationalizing agentic AI.

CustomerDiscovery & Workflow Analysis

•         Lead deep-dive discoverysessions to understand business processes, systems landscapes, and operationalpain points.
•         Analyse current-state workflowsacross the in-focus business area(s), including data flows, handoffs, decisionpoints, and exception paths.
•         Translate customer challengesinto agentic workflow opportunities aligned with customer KPIs and measurablebusiness outcomes.

Solution Architecture

•         Design future-state agenticworkflow solutions, including AI-driven tasks, agent orchestrations,integrations, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
•         Create workflow maps, solutionarchitecture diagrams, data-flow diagrams, and demo flows tailored to eachcustomer's environment.
•         Partner with Product andEngineering on technical feasibility, integration design, and delivery-effortestimation.
•         Assess and recommendappropriate AI/LLM models, agent frameworks, and orchestration patterns foreach use case, balancing performance, cost, latency, and governancerequirements.

Pre-Sales Partnership

•         Work directly with BusinessDevelopment Managers throughout the sales process, from qualification throughclose.
•         Build tailored demos,interactive prototypes, and proofs of concept that bring agentic workflows tolife for prospective customers.
•         Articulate ROI, cost savings,cycle-time reductions, and broader value realization through structuredvalue-engineering frameworks and business cases.
•         Support RFPs/RFIs, security andcompliance reviews, technical evaluations, and competitive positioning.

Customer Engagement & Thought Leadership

•         Lead workshops, whiteboardsessions, and executive briefings that build conviction in agentic AI as astrategic capability.
•         Serve as a credible, trustedadvisor on applied AI, agentic workflows, responsible AI practices, andenterprise AI governance.
•         Educate customers on scalingagentic solutions across their enterprise, from first use case to platform-wideadoption.
•         Represent KAYA at industryevents, webinars, and customer roundtables as a subject-matter expert.

Enablement & Collaboration

•         Document standard workflows,reference architectures, and reusable assets (demo scripts, solution templates,ROI models).
•         Provide structured feedback toProduct on market requirements, competitive gaps, and emerging customer needs.
•         Enable smooth and successfulplatform deployment through meaningful expectation management and contextualknowledge transfer to Forward-Facing Developers.
•         Engage with designated GTMand/or Delivery Partners to enable pursuits and platform deployment.
•         Support onboarding and trainingof new GTM team members on KAYA's platform, positioning, and discoverymethodology.

Responsibilities

•         Deliver high-quality solutiondesigns that help convert pipeline into closed-won deals, while enabling sharpqualification and disqualification.
•         Accelerate sales cycles throughstrong architecture, discovery, and demo execution.
•         Maintain excellence in solutiondocumentation, knowledge management, and asset reusability across the team.
•         Support scalable deliverymodels for a growing customer base, in partnership with Delivery and Productteams.
•         Contribute to overall pipelinehealth and revenue targets through measurable influence on deal velocity andwin rates.

Requirements

•       5–10+ years of enterprise pre-salesexperience in the UK and/or EMEA, with a consistenttrack record of new-logo acquisition in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
•       Experience solutioning enterprisetechnology platforms — AI/ML, data, automation,workflow, or enterprise SaaS — into large organizations.
•       Industry familiarity in atleast one of: Financial Services / BFS, Insurance,Healthcare and Life Sciences, Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Telecoms, orMedia.
•       Comfort selling platformsand capabilities, not just products — able toexplain agentic AI concepts including autonomous workflows, human-in-the-looporchestration, and governed execution in a way that resonates with bothtechnical and business buyers.
•       Strong discovery andqualification discipline — MEDDICC or MEDDPICCmethodology preferred.
•       Authorized to work in the UK without sponsorship.
